    * December 2007: A new main road, which avoids the centre of Embrun, is finally in use.

    * November 2007: On Wednesday 23rd of July, the Tour de France will start from Embrun to join the Alpe d'Huez, using the RD1091 (RN91) via the Col du Lautaret; we advise you to avoid this road on the 23rd of July, especially in the morning.
